1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.lavejewels.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of jewelry and related products (“Products”) offered by LAVE Jewels (“LAVE Jewels”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order. By continuing to access the Site, you acknowledge and accept them in full.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You may not use the Site or its contents for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, design and product photography, is owned by or licensed to LAVE Jewels and protected by intellectual-property laws.

3. Orders and Acceptance By submitting an order through the Site, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products. We shall acknowledge receipt of your order by email; this does not constitute acceptance. Our acceptance occurs when the ordered Products are dispatched and a confirmation email is sent to you. At that point, a binding contract is formed. We reserve the right not to accept or cancel any order where stock is unavailable, payment authorisation cannot be obtained, pricing or product information contained an obvious error, or delivery to your location cannot reasonably be arranged. Should we decline or cancel an order, any payment already made will be refunded to your original method of payment within a reasonable period.

4. Prices and Payment All prices displayed on the Site are in USD and may be changed at any time without notice. Payment in full is required before order acceptance. By completing payment, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers. LAVE Jewels does not store full credit-card details. In the event of an obvious typographical or system pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

5. Delivery Orders are shipped through authorised and insured courier partners. Delivery methods, estimated timelines and costs are detailed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, logistics, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, we may cancel the undelivered portion of your order and refund the corresponding payment. Title to the Products passes to you upon our receipt of full payment. Risk transfers upon delivery to the address you provided.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds You may cancel your order for any reason up to close of business on the seventh (7th) working day after receiving confirmation of your order, provided the Product has not been dispatched. Once the Product has been dispatched or delivered, returns may be requested by email to contact@lavejewels.com within seven (7) working days of receipt. A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) will be issued to eligible requests and must be clearly written on the outside of the return parcel, along with the words “RETURNED GOODS” in large letters. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact. Products returned without prior authorisation, without an RAN, or not meeting these conditions may be refused. All returns must be shipped via a trackable, insured international courier service designated by us (for example, FedEx International or its equivalent). Parcels sent by other methods may not be accepted. You must retain the courier receipt as proof of return. We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for return-shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Once returned Products are received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within thirty (30) working days. For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry, as well as personalised, engraved, resized or made-to-order pieces, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

7. Product Accuracy We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images and details on the Site are accurate. However, colours and dimensions may vary slightly due to photography and display settings. All measurements and weights are approximate and for reference only.

8. Intellectual Property All trademarks, product names, designs, photography and content on the Site are the property of LAVE Jewels or its licensors. No licence or right to use any such intellectual property is granted without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Except as expressly required by applicable law, all Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no representation that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LAVE Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of Products. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAVE Jewels, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any loss, claim, liability or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Modifications to the Service We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance.

12. Entire Agreement, Severability and Waiver These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and LAVE Jewels. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No failure or delay in enforcing any right shall be deemed a waiver of that or any other right.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Each transaction carried out through the Site is deemed to be completed within the jurisdiction of our principal place of business and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction. The courts of such jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or any Products purchased.
