1. Dispatch and Processing We endeavour to dispatch all orders within two (2) working days after payment confirmation. Delivery time is subject to product availability, order volume, and clearance of payment. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number for your convenience.
2. Domestic Delivery We work with authorised and insured courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on weekdays are typically processed the same day. Deliveries usually require a signature upon receipt; please ensure someone is available at your delivery address. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave a notification card or attempt redelivery at a later time. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.
3. International Delivery International orders are shipped via reputable couriers such as FedEx International or an equivalent express service. We aim to dispatch international orders within one (1) working day after payment clearance. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within two to three (2–3) working days. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or international logistics. We do not currently ship to locations restricted by law or trade regulations.
4. Duties and Taxes For international deliveries, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be settled with your local customs authority prior to delivery release.
5. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and may vary by region. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at our discretion. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for undelivered parcels returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Return Eligibility We take great care to ensure your satisfaction with every LAVE Jewels purchase. If, however, you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund within seven (7) working days from receipt of your order. To initiate a return, please email contact@lavejewels.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN must be clearly written on the outside of the parcel along with the words “RETURNED GOODS” in large letters.
7. Return Conditions Returned Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact. Items returned without prior authorisation, without a valid RAN, or that do not meet these conditions may be refused. All returns must be sent via a trackable, insured courier service designated by us (for example, FedEx International or an equivalent). You must retain the courier receipt as proof of shipment. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
8. Refunds and Processing Once the returned Product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within thirty (30) working days. Refunds will include the purchase price and applicable sales taxes from the shipping destination. Delivery or shipping costs are non-refundable except for faulty or incorrectly supplied items. Personalised, engraved, resized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect Product, please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, including photographs and a description of the issue. We will arrange for return shipping and provide a replacement or refund, subject to inspection.
